It's stiff and rigid, like Epsom, but much thicker with a wider grain, the look of clemence but the behavior of a thicker epsom - it will not slouch or crease. We love Ardennes for its durability and ability to withstand wear and keep its structural shape over time. Unlike Togo or Clemence, Ardennes will not slouch or lose shape, but is still scratch resistant.
Stamped I in a square for 2005 production, but never sent to the spa and in stunning preserved condition, clean corners and resin. This item is in excellent condition with very few signs of normal use. There are some scratches on the plates and hardware. Corners are clean with no rubbing or scuffing. Interior is clean.
