At Boutique Patina, we want you to be completely enamored with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
